We always love finding new places to get our morning cup of Joe. We recently discovered a new little sweet spot. Sweet Thing Bakehouse & Coffee Bar located on the corner of Alberta and MLK is our new favorite place. This darling little bakery and coffee shop opened it's doors last year and is a family owned business run by sisters Shawna & Kindra.

They specialize in sweet eats and sweet drinks.
They also create fabulous wedding cupcakes and cakes.

I've known Tyler for years. He's the younger brother of my long time friend Brittany. When I found out he was getting married and I had to say, wait Tyler, as in your little brother? I've always known him as Brittany's "little" brother. Well, he's not that little anymore! We headed out to the Marshall house in Vancouver to shoot their engagement session. This is also their wedding location. We had a lot of fun shooting their session and the rain didn't stop us.

As we sit here listening to the sound the rain hitting our roof it's hard to believe that it was just last week we photographed Andrew and Meagan's engagement session on such a beautiful day. Oh how we miss that weather.
